All About Alya : How It Works ?

Learn everything about how Alya operates on a daily basis: split-payment functionality, application approval criteria, data security, accepted payment methods, and how to reach our customer support team in the event of an outstanding payment.

The Concept: How does Alya work day-to-day?

Offer flexibility to your customers by allowing them to spread their payments over multiple monthly installments (in 2, 3, or 4 payments). It is interest-free and fee-free for them, while you collect the full amount of your sales immediately.

Our model is simple and transparent: we only make money when you do, via a single commission per transaction. No subscriptions, no setup fees, and total freedom with no commitment duration.

Scoring & Approval: What criteria determine the acceptance or rejection of a customer application?

Access to installment payments is built on a core principle: financial responsibility. To safeguard the budgetary health of consumers, every financing request undergoes an instant analysis by our risk tools.

If a profile presents a risk (irregular payment history, doubts regarding repayment capacity), the transaction is automatically declined as a precaution by our creditworthiness assessment system. This protective mechanism affects only a very small percentage of users.

Data Security: How do we ensure the protection of your data?

At Alya, safeguarding your personal and financial data is at the core of our commitments. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Data access is strictly restricted to authorized personnel, and robust control and fraud prevention mechanisms are deployed to guarantee confidentiality, integrity, and security.

Payment Methods: What options do you make available to users?

To simplify payment finalization, our solution provides your customers with two secure payment methods:

  • By Credit/Debit Card: The customer can make their payment directly online instantly.

  • By Bank Transfer: This bank transfer method is available exclusively for settling failed installments. The 1st installment cannot be paid via bank transfer and must be settled using the initial payment method.

If your customer wishes to clear a declined or failed payment (especially if they choose the bank transfer option), please direct them straight to Alya customer support. Our teams will take over to provide them with the IBAN and payment terms, and assist them in finalizing their account standing.

Customer Support: What is the procedure if one of my customers encounters a payment difficulty?

If your customer experiences a payment incident or a rejection during an attempt, you can invite them to contact our customer service directly. They can reach us instantly via:

  • In-app chat within the Alya application

  • Our dedicated WhatsApp line

Our teams will step in immediately to identify the issue and help them complete their payment.
