When adding a team member to your platform, you must assign them a specific role. This choice determines the actions they will be able to perform. Follow this guide to assign the right permission level:
1. The operational profile: The Salesperson
Who is it for? In-store sales advisors or cashiers.
What they can do:
Create transactions.
Access the dedicated checkout interface to log and validate in-store payments.
View the history of all sales made on the store's Alya account.
2. The management profile: The Manager
Who is it for? Store managers or team leaders.
What they can do:
Initiate refunds.
Analyze performance through data report generation and export.
3. Full control: The Administrator
Who is it for? The business owner, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), or IT manager.
What they can do: They have absolute visibility and control over the platform.
Included: All features available to the Manager (sales, refunds, exports).
Exclusives: They are the only user authorized to modify the account's bank details (RIB/IBAN), configure client profile permissions, and update login credentials or connection settings.
🗂️ Security Notice: To safeguard your financial and banking data, we strongly recommend restricting the Administrator role solely to the key decision-makers within your organization.
