Alya allows you to split purchases between 500 MAD and 15,000 MAD into flexible installment payments. This guide explains how purchase limits work and what you can buy.
Purchase amount limits
Every purchase made with Alya must be within these limits:
Minimum purchase: 500 MAD
Maximum purchase: 15,000 MAD
These limits apply to each individual purchase, not your account overall.
What this means
You CAN:
Make multiple purchases of different amounts
Have several active purchases at the same time
Make a 500 MAD purchase and a 2,000 MAD purchase on the same day
Shop at different stores with Alya
You CANNOT:
Make a purchase under 500 MAD
Make a purchase over 15,000 MAD
Split a 250 MAD purchase (too small)
Split a 20,000 MAD purchase (too large)
Multiple purchases
You can have multiple active purchases with Alya at the same time. There is no limit to how many purchases you can have, as long as each one is between 500 and 15,000 MAD.
Example:
Purchase 1: 2,500 MAD smartphone (paying in 4 installments)
Purchase 2: 5,500 MAD laptop (paying in 3 installments)
Purchase 3: 800 MAD headphones (paying in 2 installments)
All three purchases are active, and you make payments on each according to their schedules.
How to check purchase eligibility
When shopping in-store:
Tell the cashier you want to use Alya
The cashier will enter your purchase amount
The system will check if it's within limits
If approved, choose your payment plan
Complete your first installment
If your purchase is:
Under 300 MAD: You'll need to add more items or pay another way
Over 15,000 MAD: You'll need to split into separate purchases or pay another way

Automatic payments are charged to your saved card
