Your AlyaPay Purchases dashboard has three tabs to help you manage your payments: Upcoming Payments, Purchases, and History. Each tab shows different information about your shopping activity.
Accessing your Purchases dashboard
On the web:
Go to app.alyapay.com
Log in with your credentials
Click "Purchases" in the main menu
See three tabs
Upcoming Payments
What you see:
All upcoming installments across all purchases
Sorted by due date (soonest first)
Combines payments from multiple purchases into one view
Purchases
What you see:
All purchases you're currently paying off
Only shows active/ongoing purchases
Each purchase displayed as a card
History
What you see:
Purchases that are fully paid off
Purchases that were canceled
Sorted by completion/cancellation date (most recent first)
Using the dashboard effectively

Open Upcoming Payments tab
Check if any payments are due today or tomorrow
Ensure sufficient funds in account

Review all active purchases

Q: What's the difference between Purchases and Upcoming Payments tabs?
A: Purchases shows purchases grouped by store. Upcoming Payments shows all payments chronologically across all purchases.
Q: Can I move a purchase from History back to active?
A: No, completed purchases stay in History. They cannot be reactivated.
Q: How long does History keep records?
A: Forever! All purchase history is kept permanently.
Q: Why is Upcoming Payments showing payments from last month?
A: These are likely overdue payments. Tap to see details and make payment immediately.
