When does a payment fail?
A payment fails when:
Primary card declined
All backup cards also declined
Common reasons:
Insufficient funds in all accounts
All cards expired
Cards blocked by bank
Technical issue with card
SMS reminder schedule
You'll receive reminders to help you resolve the issue:
You'll receive the 1st SMS when the payment fails
A REMINDER SMS is sent 48 hours after failure
A FINAL REMINDER SMS is sent 96 hours after failure

Click on the purchase
